There is 3 types of method to hard reset

First Method: This Method is apply online if your phone is switch on

1: Go to your home screen then press menu button.
2: Then Go to Setting Option and Select Backup & reset option
3: after that you can see Factory Data Reset
4: Click on it
5: Then You can See option Reset Phone Click On it
6: after that click on Erase Everything
7: Now Reset your Phone

Menu ==> Setting ==> Backup & Reset ==> Factory Data Reset ==> Reset Phone ==> Erase Everything

Second Method: For Pattern Lock Solution

1: Switch off your Phone
2: Then Remove your memory card
3: Then Hold and Press Volume Up + Power Button Together untile you see Recovery Mode Option.
4: You See many Option you can select option "Wipedata/factory reset" by using volume up or down button to scroll, and then press power button to conform ( if not then press home button key)
5: After that accept option "reboot systm now"

Thired Method: For Pattern Lock Solution

1: Switch off your Phone
2: Then Remove your memory card
3: Then Hold and Press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power Button Together more then 3 seconds.
4: After That you can see two option: First (Recovery Mode) and second one is (Unknown)
5: you can select first option i.e Recovery Mode
6: To Conform press Power Button
7: After that you see Android logo but its not a solution
8: again Press Power Button One Time then you can See Recovery Menu
9: Select Wipe data/factory reset Option by volume up or down button to scroll
10: After that you can see the option " yes delete aal user data".
11: Than press option "reboot system now".
